Go with Air Medics. I have used them multiple times over the past three years and their service has been professional and prompt every single time.

Outside fan stopped spinning, house kept getting hotter and the temperature outside heading for 90's . Called on Friday before 4th of July and they came out within a couple of hours. Nathan did the repair work needed and house started cooling immediately. He explained everything to me. Extremely happy with Nathan and with Air Medics.

I can’t brag enough about this company. They get what Customer service used to be all about. Nathan took his time and did a thorough inspection/maintenance and helped us out and got our AC unit going and didn’t charge us for the service call after another company messed it up.

Air Medics was fantastic! We got home on Memorial Day weekend and our AC on 2 floors was not working. Air Medics came immediately and began working on our system.. I called for a second opinion after another HVAC company claimed I had bacterial growth and quoted me over 2K+ to clean the unit. Air Medics came out the same day I called, was very prompt, to provide a quote to clean out the unit. He confirmed there was no bacterial growth and that my unit looked nothing like what the other company had shown me.

He also noticed the previous company left a hole in my ductwork and repaired it on the spot at no charge. He didn’t try to upsell me and didn’t charge me for his time.

Honest, professional, and trustworthy. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend him.

Used Air Medics twice. With my first experience, another company tried to upcharge me for an entire new hvac system when all the hvac needed was a new capacitor. Air Medics (Nathan) rapidly diagnosed the issue and fixed only what actually needed repair, saving me thousands. My second experience was for a blower motor, again service was excellent and felt that the company provided not only excellent service but integrity.

I rarely write Google reviews, but Travis and his team at Air Medics are truly the absolute best. They are thorough, honest, timely, and have saved me a considerable amount of money after several other local companies could not properly diagnose and resolve a lingering A/C issue that cost me thousands of dollars over a couple of years time. Unlike other companies, they won't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs, parts, filters, etc. and will not suggest replacement unless it's absolutely necessary. They've earned a customer for life in me with their honesty and integrity, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
