Our team · HVAC Rescue
The people who answer the call, roll the trucks, and keep your unit alive.
Founder
Founder. Travis came here to build an HVAC company that treats a no-cool call like a rescue, not a sales pitch — show up, tell the truth about what failed, and fix it without the circus. Those principles come from his roots as a local who grew up in the Florida Panhandle, and he still rolls on installs himself.
Service Tech / Prodigy
Service tech. Prodigy. Niceville High grad at 16. When reviews name a tech, it is usually Nathan — the one who finds what actually failed, prices it straight, and leaves the house cooler than he found it. No upsell, just the fix.
Technician / Guest Star
Technician. Guest star. A Panhandle local who grew up here, Lil Ben is the comedian of the crew and a sharp tech who keeps the rescue rolling. He is always there when we need him — and somehow the day is more fun when he is.
Operations
Operations. A local who grew up in the Florida Panhandle, Ben is the guy who answers when property managers call, keeps the schedule from catching fire, and makes sure a real person — not a call center — is on the line. Family man. If you manage doors on the Emerald Coast, start with him.
Talk to a real person at Air Medics, not a call center.
